Every disease can be transmitted during unprotected sex; AIDS, VD, Herpes and lice & scabes.
Unprotected sex is NEVER safe.

Well as everyone said you can get them all. But I would say the partner of a menstruating woman is even at higher risk of aids. Make sense?

All the same diseases that you can get when your not on your period. Having sex on your period will cause nothing more.

Bloody sheets

All that i can think of.

Unless your talking about not being susceptible to std's or something because menstruating doesn't protect you from anything disease wise.

Were you protected? If it was protected sex then it's lowered, if it's unprotected then your exposed to everything and possible pregnancy.
