When I burn a music CD with ".cda" file extention, it doesn't work with my conventional CD players. But my Cd player reads other music CDs with ".cda" file extention. I burned a RW-CD, can it be the reason?

Yes. Most players won't recognize a CD-RW. RW is re-writable. You don't use it for burning CDs. You use it if you work in a radio station 'n stuff. You bought the wrong CD type. Get a cheap pack of CD-R(s).

Burn it on a CD-R. Once you burn it, you cannot rewrite it, so make sure you are happy with your mix. You can buy a 50 pack online for under 20 bucks, easily. Typically, I buy CD packs that run me about 7 cents a CD-R.
