Does anyone know how much a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half International makes? What is the starting range. I live in California... Thank you...

In terms of RHI, the average salary is about ($65 - $70K). If you are working in the Derivatives Fianancial Position through them or another vendor, you are probably looking at upwards of $80K+.

The other firm that I would also suggest you prospect is Ajilon Finance. They have a good on their Business and Good Networks to get you the pay, promotion and position you want.

most recruiting firms are a commission pay only. They give you a learning curve of 60 days in which a placement needs made. and the clock starts again for the 60 days for placement you can make very good money but with no experience it can be very hard.

I did it 3 years and averaged about 63K a year

They are not a good agency. I doubt their recruiters make much.
