I am in my 19th week and though I have not really had any other symptoms, this fatigue has plagued me since the beginning and I feel like it's getting worse....

In pregnancy, what is normal is what's normal for you. Although most people (myself included) have more energy during the second trimester, it doesn't mean everyone has to. Your body is different. If you're concerned, talk to your doctor, you could have anemia (which I did, and yah, it makes you freaking exhausted), in which case you'll just need an iron supplement.

Yes it is completely normal. Your body is carrying more weight, your heart has to work harder. It takes more effort to get up,sit down,even sleeping can be a chore as you try to turn over in bed.And it gets worse the third trimester! The last few weeks it is almost unbearable because you are up very often at through the night to the bathroom!

Usually the second trimester is when you have the most energy since the first you usually have morning sickness and the last you become quite exhausted too. But everyones different, no worries

i wasnt tired in the first trimester as much as i am now - and i am 22 weeks now
i am sure its normal - the body is doing a lot

YES your baby is growing more and more so it will make you more tired and more tired
