Pelvic inflammatory disease is very serious, easily preventable and not very common. Your wife needs to get tested and treated immediately.

Take her to a gynecologist so that she can get antibiotics. NOW!! this is one disease that will effect her ability to reproduce.

well, seeings how PID is caused by untreated STD's, you cant charm it away, she will need antibiotics. you will now have to figure out a way to charm her into not kicking you out once she finds out that you gave her STD's
