well if its a halloween dance maybe a cute costume. if not a costume party, then ablack pants witha nice shirt. or u can always bring some cat ears and a tail for fun, in case people are dressing up.

depends on who you r going with, if you are going to the dance with like 2 other friends, you should all go out together and wear the same which, vampiress, or even grim reaper(my favorite choice grim reaper as a threesome), if you r going with a guy like a date you should be a vampiress because you can wear a sexy dress and still wear a costume

It depends on who you go with.
If you are just going with your friends, then you schould probably wear something...you know...comfortable. Not too formal.
But if your going with, let's say, a guy...wear something that he would want you to wear, if you know enough about him.
So, it actually depends on the person.

Just be a princess or fairy (can't go wrong with that). Add your own twist on it, and i'm sure it would look cute.
