Deep condition your hair at least once a week. Try V05 Hot Oil Treatment. Try Neutragena products for your face, wash it in the morning and at night. Exercise, walk, sit ups are the best. If you want major results exercise for 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. Start eating healthier. Just cut out sweets, chips, and soft drinks. Drink nothing but water.This alone will show results. Oh, and get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. Good luck.

Well first it doesn't sound like you drink nearly enough water. Try drinking more juice, water, eating soup for lunch - anything to get that liquid into you.But not coffee or soft drinks!
Don't use harsh soaps on your skin or hot water. This includes your hair. As for your hair, stop shampooing daily. On the days you shampoo, use a heavier conditioner. On the alternate days that you don't shampoo use a light conditioner. Lay off the hot styling tools for a bit.
For your skin, use a soap free cleanser, a toner(optional) and a really good moisturiser. Do not neglect to moisturise! Use pure tea tree oil on your blemishes, and try to resist picking or squeezing them- it will only make them worse.
And nothing but hard work will get rid of the less than toned bits.
Cardio is best for losing that fat. Try running in intervals to start, and work up to running non stop for half hour or more. Do this three four times a week and you will notice a difference. Plain old situps are also great. There are tons of exercises for abs out there on the internet, or in Shape mag.
Oh and eat fruit and veggies!!! Not junk food!!!! And don't eat bread if you want the really cut look for your abs. Its works. Really

for the double chin and the flat tummy issue, go to the gym or get more active
for the acne, wash your face every night
for the dry hair, use a shampoo that adds moisture to ur hair
there, problems solved

dry hair - get a leave in conditioner... and get a trim every 6 weeks
acne - mary kay products... work WONDERS
flat tummy & double chin- sorry to say it but you gotta run on that treadmill and do those situps... we dont get washboard abs by being lazy.. diets dont hurt either

well u can always get some moisturizing hair mask. I suggest Phytokarite. for acne, just use something salicylic based or tea tree oil. do sit ups every day but dont over do it. 50 a day approx. and dont give up.

Hair treatments, regular care no blowdrying. Cardio excersize will slim you down, and also I heard if you stop drinking coke or soda it will take 15 pds of of you a year. Just excersize and watching your food, less sweets.
