Yes. 1,173 houses were affected:

29 were seriously damaged and made unliveable
1,130 were partially damaged
14 had only minor structural damages

Seven schools and Kawaihae Harbor on the Big Island (Hawaii island) were also severely damaged. Shipments to Kawaihae Harbor are being rerouted to Hilo Harbor (on the other side of the island) and trucked over to Kona since Kawaihae Harbor has been rendered unsafe by the damage caused by the quake.

The preliminary damage estimates include $31 million for schools, $8 million at Kawaihae Harbor, $4.89 million to businesses, $650,000 to homes, $800,000 to roads and $750,000 to bridges. But no "official" estimate for the damage has yet been released by Governor Linda Lingle.

I'm not sure what structural damage there was. By the looks of the pictures I saw there was a bit. I only know about the power outage. I should imagine at that level of seismic activity that there would be damage but I guess it just depends on how the structures are built. Glad that no one died and there wasn't a tsunami though.
