My Dt teacher ms fleming wants too know everything about t-shirt design . Its really hard and I don't know anything about it and she wants us too research these things.

so why don't you research it then? why should we do all the work for you?
stenciling? you really don't know what that is? it is the same thing on a t-shirt as it is with anything else for the most part. so, there. i gave one away.

I suggest you get into the School Library and do a little research. Ms Fleming has given you this task not just as an art assignment but as a "life" exercise ie: get off your butt and do some work!
Research serigraph, fabric printing, batik and silk screen printing!
