Well, i am not sure about the pill, but if a woman falls under weight she can stop menstruating. So maybe you've gotten too skinny.

The pills could be call your Dr. and ask if the pills you are taking are bad for you . Or if you are stressing out about loosing weight that is a easy way to become late or even be early. STRESS Grrr.

if u lose too much weight your period stops until u gain enough weight then it will start again but it can seroiusly damge your chances of having achild in the future
