Iran has changed allot. i left there when i was 10 and moved to US. i went back couple of years ago after 10 years, and things have changed. boys and girls do date, even though its not legal and the parents don't like it. don't believe in what you see on TV. girls put on allot of makeup and in very cool cloths. they have their own style. when it comes to marriage the boy and his parents go to the girls house and they talk about it. if the boy and the girl like each other they get engaged for few months to see if they like each other. if they do they get married, if not they break it off. during the engagement they shouldn't have sex but from what i heard allot of them do. if you walk round in Tehran on weekends its almost like your walking around in New york, its really beautiful.
