Since it is emails you are sending that is ending up in his spam folder it is not a Virus causing it.

Tell him to delete your email address from his Address Book or Contact List and retype it.

Tell him to be sure to click the Not Spam button each time your email is in the spam folder. He needs to do this each time it happens. The Spam Filter at the server need to be taught to recognize your emails as Not Spam. This sometimes take several attempts.

Your friend has listed your name as Spam. Actually, your name would only go in bulk mail and then your friend would mark it as spam. Ask you friend to remove your name from the spam list. They are the reason, not you. I would suggest that you change your name. Maybe what you are sending them is being put in bulk mail because they have the anti-virus program and maybe some of your emails have a potential for virus. Good luck.

If a spammer is using your address as the From: address in spam, there's nothing you can do about it.

If your friends are receiving your legit e-mails as spam, they need to change their anti-spam settings.

This is obviously fake. There are just too many grammatical mistakes that Yahoo wouldn't make. For example: "We are sorry for any inconveniences this might have cause providing your information over the email." This makes no sense at all. For one, "this might have cause" is gramatically incorrect and should be caused. Also, "over the email" is wrong as well.' Finally, the ending is wrong. In pretty much every letter, they say "We apologize for the inconvenience" not just "We apologize" All in all, don't trust it. Delete it.
