I was wondering, my dad is a medically retired war vetran for the Vietnam war. Is there a way for me to go to college on his G.I. Bill since he didn't go to college?

I wish, I have the same situation. But no, you can't cash in on his GI bill. What you can do though is apply for scholarships especially for children of veterans, or veterans of war. Contact your local VFW or you can check out this site www.fastweb.com for any available scholarships and grants. Good luck.

Fastweb.com is an awesome source of information. You may not be able to use his G.I. bill but you can find all kinds of scholarships because your dad was in the military. But contact your local recruiter for the best information

No the military will not pay for any family members to go to school. The only person who can use the G. I. Bill is the service member.
