If I were to have my own political party based on my beliefs then it would be called Danielists or Danielism. However, my party is not for same sex marriage. Sorry.

I am too much of a pragmatist to create yet another political party that stands very little chance of breaking the two party system. If I did create a party that took enough votes to become a major player, I would not lead it. The leader would be selected by party members. The party would have to work within the limits of the constitution and be receptive to voters. What would the platform be. Well it depends on the epoch. In 1861, I would have been for Abolition. In 1933, I would been for the New Deal. In 2009, I would support an economic stimulus package and universal Health Care. The party would support an amnesty for illegal immigrants and offer them an opportunity to take up citizenship or be deported. There would be no party line on Abortion and gay marriages. Each party member would vote according to their conscience on these issues. I think that they are distractions from the bigger issues. The party would generally support a free market economy with some social welfare protection as many European nations and Australia and New Zealand currently have. Also, like the said nations, we would abolish the death penalty for all crimes. These nations have lower murder rates than the USA and therefore the death penalty is unnecessary and outmoded.

The transcendental thinking party! I think that the party line should be irrelevant it is the frame of thought that each person brings to the table not just party politics as usual but a stir up of the system to allow higher thoughts for candidates with no box and boundary as we have at this time with current party systems

First, Im not interested in running for office at this time. Second, the mainstay of the platform isn't pro same sex marriage. Third, the name of my political party is trademarked so if youre using it and youre not in accordance of what I think the party should be, I'll see your *** in court. Have a nice day.

If I were soley running on same-sex marriage. I'd call it the "Dead-enders". Someone's got to do the breeding around here.

Kidding aside, there are a lot of minor political parties in the ballots this year. For me, I vote third party only.

You have more choices than you are led to believe. To see ALL of the ballot choices in your district, go to NON PARTISAN Project Vote Smart. or current the COMPLETE party guide: http://www.politics1.com/parties.htm , http://www.vote-smart.org

Nothing. Political parties are merely an ILLUSION, because THIS secret and evil group has been in control of everything for far too long!...
