Because you have just wakend up, fresh and relaxed and forgot what happend yesterday. and by the time night falls you realized why you would rather sleep. The same thing everyday gets pretty boring, but at night your dreams can take you anywhere.

Well Renaldo, if that is your photo, you are a young man. Depression can "hit" at any age, but your age group have a lot to be depressed about. You feel good in the morning, as you "brain" (the search engine of your existence), has rested. Your brain needs a minimum of 4-hrs, undisturbed sleep. Now at the end of the day, you feel "depressed". Several reason for this.. and none could be correct. 1: Your suffering from bi-polar disorder. 2: Your suffering from "sun deprivation". (lack of Vit.C) 3:Something is terribly wrong at home, or your residence, and the anticipation of returning there builds up during the afternoon, and by the time you get home, your depressed! All said and done, you should see a accredited Psychiatrist. Not a Psychologist, he cannot not write prescriptions, and you may need an anti-depressant. Now don't think that is going to happen.. go see your family doctor first, tell him how your feeling, he may recommend certain "blood tests:", like a CBC - (complete blood count) - your haemoglobin may be low, and that can make you very tired at the end of the day. Many illnesses can cause these symptoms you have. As I said at the beginning of this answer, you are young, get checked out first, it could be as simple as your diet and a Vit.supplement may do the trick. Good luck., and get healthy.

Well, you must be a morning person, I'm not. I usually hate getting up and it takes me a good hour to get going. That's the simple answer. The other one is are you depressed because you are lonely or because of some physical reason such as being tired, is it every day or just on days you work? Are you eating enough small healthy meals or healthy snacks and getting enough vitamins and minerals? You should take a good vitamin and mineral supplement and pay attention to what you eat. Could be low blood sugar if you are bottoming out at the end of a hard day at work. The brain needs food, protein, water and veggies. Take the time to prepair or buy something pre made to take with you and don't skip meals. Take protien or nourishing snacks to work with you. If this doesn't help in a month go to your doctor. Don't feel lonely. Many, many people go through that every day. Before you go on some sort of mind messing drugs, try an over the counter lithiom salt you can pick up at the health food stores. People say it works wonders and doesn't have the mind numbing affects of anti-depressents, which you don't really appear to need. There is something about the day ending that makes certain people sad.

Well, that's maybe coz when u wake up in the morning, u are looking forward to a good new day...maybe something good's gonna happen. After all the happenings, u reach the night where u look back on it and perhaps makes u feel sad coz of something bad that happened or coz u couldn't do something.

Have you had something happen that depresses you? If not you need a physical check up. You can talk to your doctor about your feelings.

I also, would like to sugguest that you pray. God cares about you and loves you. Go to Him about your feelings of depression.

Well...It depends..Do you have somebody to cuddle up with at night or are you alone...I'm alone at night and i get depressed sometimes..
In the morning you get up your rested and ready to start the day!!
Most of us do all our thinking at night..when we are alone..and not so much during the day..when your on the move!

the sun always full of energy - warm and alive
the moon is calm - cold and a little bit sad

but this is not the main reason - u should try to enjoy your lovely night - it is the most comfortable and relax moment for thinking, reading, music, movies, chatting, playing chess...

many many things you can do at night - just don't be sad please

Is thr sum problem btwn u n ur close frnd, or ur galfrnd, or sm1 who u really love? B'coz, evn i've felt like tht, n still do feel like that 1ce in a while, at nites as my closest frnd isn't talking 2 me 4 sm reason! :(

You sound like ME !!! I suffered for YEARS before the Dr did a sI'mple blood test .im anemic.If you have low blood the Doctor will fix that easy enough with some iron or simple changes.
