It is EVERY Americans duty to question the government when they feel it is wrong. Hating people and calling them terrorists isn't the answer, but it is their freedom. The politicians in office work for us and anyone with a problem needs to remind them of that. I would consider myself a patriot, but I do question the government quite frequently.

According to the GOP, if you continually question a Democrat, then you are a patriot, but if you question a Republican, you are a traitor.

Democrats didn't like all the GOP questioning of Clinton, just like right-wingers don't like the way everyone is challenging Bush now. But at least Democrats didn't run around calling everyone traitors like the idiots on the right do.

Case in point, Hannity declared in the days before the Iraq war that anyone who questioned the war was a traitor. He said that once a president decides to commit troops, the debate is over, and we need to give those troops our full support, and to not do so was treasonous. Yet, 2 days before of troops were scheduled to arrive in Bosnia, he spent his whole show talking about what a huge mistake Clinton was making, and what a disaster Bosnia was going to be.

Neither. They're whiners and often have little facts or logic to back up what they have to say.

The "traitor" accusation is appropriate for liberals who questioned nothing that Clinton did militarily, but question every breath Bush takes -- in a time of war. It stuns these treason artists that their patriotism would be questioned when they blab secrets to the New York Treason, when they play propoganda videos of American soldiers being killed, when they speak not one negative word against al Queda but publically equate their President with Satan and Hitler, when people like Lynne Stewart openly assist the enemy and brag about it.

If America loses this war, blame liberals.

Like tony p said it is your duty. Tell me if I'm wrong but didn't our founding fathers question great Britain about taxation without representation and other things to which they strongly disagreed and ultimately rebelled against. No it would be UN-American to not question and in some cases rise UP against the government (through the proper channels of course) and let them know you are not a socialist citizen nor a communist subject but a FREE and ACCEPTED member of a Democratic society formed as a FREE Republic with a constitution giving you the authority to call into account every action of the Government in-which YOU LIVE. WE THE PEOPLE REMEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Democrats are so desparate to regain control of the government they they will do anything.... including acts of espionage. Most of them are traitors. Questioning the govt isn't a bad thing, but when you go to the extents of revealing national secrets and ruining people lifes for political gain that is too far.

Wasn't the American form of government built upon the idea of questioning and rebellion? Weren't our forefathers considered traitors by the British, and Patriots by their fellow men? I'd say continually questioning the government makes you both, depending on who's perspective one's looking through.

There is a difference between exercising a right, and abusing one.

The question is really whether they are patriots who support the rights of individuals, or whether they are just part of the endless parade of Comintern & Facist dupes and operatives.

Tokyo Rose is a good example of someone who expressed anti-US government sentiments. And I reserve the right to say she was an enemy.

Patriot, a traitor would try to overthrow the government outside of established rules.

Patriot. It's only when they reach into their fellow citizen's pockets for social spending they become a traitor.

We have a duty to not only question our Government but raise holy hell with them when they step out of line! Those who do not question our political leader are are traitors and buckets of scummm and they make me sick. As you can tell I'm not the kind of guy that goes along to get along, I am a Patriot and I'm tired of being stepped on by our Government.
