ok was at ma friends house again and all of a sudde the guy kick the little boyin his face.So i got up and left and now the guy is cussing me because i left what should i do about that. this was a week ago i never went back to his house but he is mad at me HELP what should i do.

ok i reallyt wanna call the cops but i see so many stories on tv that the foster parients abuse the kids ne ways......matter or fact im scared to call b cause i was the only there that saw this.

THAT'S ABUSE AND HARASSMENT. ITS AGAINST THE LAW, CALL THE COPS IF HES STILL HARASSING YOU.

Assume it was not an accident, you should have called the police. You might want to inform the police and or child protective services. This may or may not have been an isolated incident but it is still serious. The child is in danger. As for not going back, you were right not to. The guy sounds like a jerk with an attitude problem. The fact that he called to curse you out was very childish.

You can still notifiy the police about what you saw and they will investigate and most likely call child protective services. Something needs to be done before the child is so seriously injured or even killed. I don't think anyone could live with that on their conscience if they knew about the abuse - you can be sure it wasn't the first time. Call the police and report.

Perhaps you can go and check up on that kid to make sure that he is at least alive. You seem young yourself and you probably don't want to get yourself too involved but I know how you feel, like you should have or could have done something, chances are his father did it b4 or even worse things, if your heart is nearing to calling child services and leaving a tip then so be it you could be saving a child's life esp. from a all around painful life (childhood)

If he is mad at you because he feels that you are going to report him. I would definitely report this abuse to the police officials or the child protective services. Perhaps it was for you to see to rid this child of abuse. Then again this have been going on for some time and perhaps other abuses could be present and that again could be what he also is afraid of being exposed.

Too bad, let him be mad. That was a terrible thing to do and I would let him know exactly how I felt.Tell him that he is lucky that you did not report him to the police and that it is still bothering you to have seen such a terrible thing happen to a child. I wouldn't even bother ever going over that house again, you might have to be a witness to a beating or a killing one day.

He is trying to intimidate you into not reporting it. Don't call the cops, go to the police station with all your information and tell them you are afraid for your self once the guy finds out you reported it. If you have parents have them go with you. Once you report it the guy can get into real trouble if he assaults you after wards. Just stay away from him. Never let him find you alone.

Call your local Department of Child and Family Services hotline....NOW! That is child abuse and if he's kicking his kid in the face with a witness, what do you think he's doing to his son when noone is watching?

u should had left and called the police immedately. now u should call the police or go to the police station and tell them the whole story and why didn't tell it a week ago. u should go and witness so the little boy doesn't have to get hurt by his father.

PLEASE!!! Call child protection services without delay. Who gives a **** if this guy is mad at you! What is important is protecting an innocent child. You can report this excuse for a human anonymously. Please do it tonight!! If you don't know the number, call the police and they can help you. If it happened in front of you, you can bet the poor kid is abused regularly.
