First off, congratulations on your weight loss! That takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
The attached website pretty much says everything I was going to tell you. It could just be that you need to lose a bit more weight, or it could be several different conditions, including an overactive thyroid. Even Marijuana use can cause enlarged male breast tissue, or Gynecomastia
A few simple blood tests by your family doctor would be a starting point and from there you can discuss if there is a condition requiring treatment or if you should just continue the way you have been with a healthy lifestyle and exercise.

Exercise, weight loss and muscle building (especially chest muscles), as exercise and muscle actively burn fat. A healthy, balanced, low-fat diet would help as breasts are mainly composed of fat. There are also specifically fitted bras for the meantime that can help compress and flatten them, so shop around. Clothing can also create the illusion of a smaller chest, so it might be good to look up various styles and dress for your shape. Then there is always the surgery option. Part of their sizing is genetic which could hinder your efforts unfortunately (thanks mum lol). Hope this helps :)

It might acutally be medical. a lot of men have a large amount of breast tissue. Im kinda addicted to Discovery Health Channel, and i have seen a couple of shows where men have "breast reductions". I would wait until you lost a little bit more weight. At your height, you should probably weight a little less to be in the "normal" range. I would do some research online and see what you can find.

I would ask you primary physician. Ask your doctor to see if you can have breast reduction surgery or see if there is a medicine alternative. but also trust your own judgment in your decision whats right for you. that's all the advice i can give good luck

At ur weight 30lbs are nothing. U will have to get close to ur ideal weight to see reduction in breast size. If it doesnt happen then, surgery would be the answer.

People carry fat in different places. Keep losing weight, eat lots of veggies and fiber do fat burning exercises (based on target heart rate). Monitoring heart rate will better enable you to burn fat as fuel for your muscles.
It's important to remember that you never really "lose" fat - you just make the cells smaller w/ diet and exercise.

It is hormonal. Your body is producing excess estrogen. This is due to weak liver. You should consider liver detox with a doctor and work with a nuitritionist for a diet that would strengthen your liver.

This web site should help alot, it explains that "Many men have gynecomastia -- enlarged, female-like breasts--causes by excess glandular tissue or fat (or both)."
