easy. go into the options or preferences menu in each of the programs and uncheck the box that says something like "load at startup."

You can also find this option in the preference settings of each of the softwares. It will say "automatically run MSN when I log onto windows". Make sure there is no check mark in this box. You can find that on MSN messenger by clicking on tools and then options and clicking on the "General" tab. You'll be able to find it just as easy on AIM and you won't have to do a restart. Next time you start your PC, the programs will not start.

On Windows Xp-Click Run,in the box type in msconfig-when that opens click on the tab Start Up-Scroll down until you see AIM or MSN and uncheck the box-click Apply and exit.Restart computer.

click Start > Run > type "msconfig"... then you can select what you want, and what you DONT want to start on computer's boot up. Make sure though that you dont click anything that you are not 100% sure what it is. The AIM and Yahoo Messanger will be very clear that that is what it is. You will need to reboot after. :-)

REgarding Msn Messenger click on msn messenger.Go to tools--->options--->general---->Automatically run MSN messenger when u log on to Windows(deselect this option)see may be it helps you

Under "Preferences" there should be an option that you can "check" that says "Launch Messenger at start up?" or something along those lines. Just uncheck that box.

click start to open start menu, then go to all programs and look for a folder labeled "start up" and then delete them from that folder that should work....x)
