i think that spiderman is alot faster and also has siper strength, he is trickier and would kick the crap outta him?

I side with Hulk.
This is because I'm using the current versions of both the "Iron Spider" Spider-man and the "Planet Hulk" Hulk. Spider-man is a formidable foe, even more so with his armor. Peter is a genius, but he is not the most cunning fighter ever. IN fact he tends to be a straight and narrow fighter. True he is strong and smart, but Planet Hulk has all the strength of "Savage Hulk" with an average human Intelligence. This swings the fight back in the favor of Hulk. Without the blinding stupidity of "Savageness", Hulk would be cunning enough to use his abilities (strength, stamina, endurance) to win the day.
If you meant that guy who played Spider-man on the TV in the 60s/ 70s vs Lou Ferigno.... Then i put my money on Lou. The TV Spider-man was pure cheese but TV Hulk became a well developed character (Until they did the TV movies....). Plus I've Met Mr. Ferigno and the man is still a giant, with hands the size of a child's head.

That would be quite the matchup, however, spider-man would still win. The only way to beat the hulk is to outsmart him, and hopefully get him to change back to bruce banner. The problem with the hulk is that he has unlimited strength, the more angry he gets the stronger he gets. In one of the stats books I read they listed strengths on a scale of 1-10, normal humans being 1 and the most powerful being 10. Wolverine would be a 1, spider-man was like a 3, and hulk was a 10.

spidey would have no troubles. Hulk is a massive dumbass and would lose because knowledge is power. Spidey is far too quick and intelligent and has much more superpowers than Hulk.
Ever notice really big people are often portrayed as slow, lumbering dolts and average to thin sized people are generally thought of as intelligent?
