this fight has been played out in several comics always coming down to either a drawl or with wolverine stomping the crap out of spider man. lets go through a list of personal powers and abilities of both starting with spiderman. He has super human strength and agility spider sense so he knows when danger is near and stick to walls and of course the webbing. wolverine has super human strength a healing factor which makes him almost impervious to most form of injuries acute senses much like a wolves such a hearing,smell,and seeing at long distances. Plus a adumantium skelaton and claws. Not to mention wolverine is pretty used to taking some major damage and has mastered almost every fighting style known to man. so i would have to go with the most obvious answer and say wolverine has the wall crawler beat and if you dont believe me go and check out wolverine vs spiderman. published in 89' and republished in 92.

I'm afraid I have to go with spider-man. Though, wolverine is for the most part impervious to physical damage he would not be able to match the agility and speed of spider-man. Spider-man also has the superior intelligence, and would be able to find a more creative way to dispose of his enemy. Furthermore, spider-man also has super strength, wolverine does not. In the end I think spiderman would win this fight.

Unless Spidey can trap Wolverine in a web and knock him out for some time, he's done for.
