the person who was born in Italy only way can be president if his parent are born in USA,other wise,no.

If he was born on an American military base or some other extension of U.S. soil (embassy, etc.) then maybe. The Constitution is a bit vague on this one and it can be assumed that there would be quite a fight in the Supreme Court over this one.
