I know they can speak to birds, because I use to have a cat who would do this creepy thing where she would hide and chirp like a bird in order to get a bird to come down by her and land so she could pounce on it. It was wild! She seemed to also be able to make squirrel like noises for the same purpose. She is not the only cat I have seen sing that way. So my guess would be yes.

We also have a dog who helps me raise kittens. I bottle feed them and she does all the other mommy stuff like licking them and carrying them around. She even teaches them to go to the potty outside instead of in a litter box.

Either my animals talk with one another or they are just the exception to a lot of rules, but over all I think they must be chatting.

no they cant but a dog and cat and bird can sense the mood of the other animal
it is natural that u think that htey talk because they seem to understand eachother or do things almost alike
no they just have a 6th sense
they can sense anger fear happiness couriousity and so forth
