All the answers so far are right. But I am a avid buyer and seller on E Bay and I know that most anything with Free s/h is e books and software and that most sellers that advertise and unreal cheap price make up for in in the shipping because E Bay takes their piece from the selling price.

You can't just specifically look for that through any particular search engine. The only way you can find SOME items are if you type "free shipping" or "free s/h" in the search bar, and if someone included it in their auction title, it will show up. Otherwise, you can't find out.

I don't think there is anything with free shipping because the shipping has to be paid by the seller who wants to be reembursed for it.
