Computer Science is more where the money is. Law enforcement (like a police officer, etc.) is something you don't even have to go to college for really. Take an intro to both, but you will make a lot more money in computer science.

I have used TLC (thin layer chromatography) to determine if my organic chemistry reaction was complete. I have tested synthesized products for purity using HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography) and GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry).
