Digitally, because each card will be different. And by "digitally" I mean not using a press, more like desktop publishing, but in a high volume. Thanks for any input.

Microsoft Publisher will work great. By Different, do you mean a mail merge, so you can add everyone's name... It does that.

Depends on how much you want to spend If you want good quality and are prepared to spend £200 or more then go for a laser printer check out www.ebuyer.co.uk

Use HP Color Laserjet if you want your pictures to be in color HP..Or you can even use Canon printers but Canon printers are udeal for photo printing
