I don't think you should be the one deciding that unless your wife asked you an opinion. Her husband and kids should be the one that should decide on that. Also ask your wife to see if her mother maybe had chopsen how she wanted to be buried .
If her husband is no longer alive, i believe she should be buried the same way he was, so that they can be tugether even after they die.
I'm sorry for your loss.
Think harg before you decide and make sure to ask all the close family, Its not only your decision.

Oh please! Stick her in the freezer with the ice-cream bars...that way the kids get to enjoy her all year...& you may finally enjoy the peace & quiet in her presence.
