I took a PG test the other day, And it came out negative. for some reason i dont beleive it. Its about a month since i had sex, My last PD was light, Lasted a day and a pink n brown color. (unusual for me) i took the test mid day, And i had been drinking alot of fluids... Could that screw things up?
Also my mom had the same problem when she was PG with my sister. She was 3 months and all NEG tests....
And im affraid to get a blood test. How long should i wait?

why would you be afriad to get a blood test? maybe a fear of neddles but other than that there is no reason to be scared of blood test.

WIth my first pregnancy, I took 3 at home tests, all 3 said positive. I called the doctor and they make you do a pee test there and their test said negative. Since my 3 said positive I had to go get a blood test. The only REAL way to know for sure, is to call your doctor do a test there and/or get a blood test depending on what your doctor says.

I would say ur pregnant but I could be wrong. I would diffidently consider a blood test cause they are most accurate but if you decide not I would wait anywhere form 3 days to week and make sure take the test 1st thing in the morning when 1st need to pee. The 1st pee in the morning contains the pregnancy hormones. Good Luck.

I also was pregnant 3 months before I found out. I took test after test and they were all negative. Then I waited a little while and stopped stressing about and took another one and it came up positive

Yes some women have problems getting positive pregnancy tests right away. It could also be stress, I have worried about being pregnant before and it made my period light and I actually wasn't pregnant. Do you have any signs of pregnancy like nasuea, headaches, sore breasts, or morning sickness? If your worried about being pregnant you can go to the doctors and get a blood test and that should be able to tell you if your pregnant or not.

The 1st few tests that I took with my son showed up negative 2. Or so I thought, try letting the test sit out over night and read it the next day, if there's a faint little extremely hard to see line, it means you are!!!! definately!!!

The best way to find out is to have a blood test. Home pregnancy tests are not 100% reliable. The earliest time you can have a blood test is when your period is 10 days late.

When i first suspected I was pregnant, I took a test and it came back negative. So when I missed my period the next month again, I took another and it was positive. So your test could have been wrong too.

it depends on your hormone levels but it is possiable to have a false - ( but it is not possiable to have a false +) And lol thas whhat I thought I had. I would wait another month if its like that again you might want to get 2 pregnancy test two different ones I sugest one from CVS 00if you have that drugstore down there BEcause thats what I took and it told me WHEN I WAS JUST 20 days pregnant.. IF THAT!!!!! LOL... good luck!

flalse negatives are more commmon than false positives
try again with a early response test. firt thing in the morning. HCG hormones are at higher levels the further along you are so with a more sensitive test you may have a more accurate result

Wait another week and take another test, then if you dont get the results you want go to the doctor and get a blood test...GOOD LUCK
