During the Road to the NCAA Final Four, how many games are actually played from the beginning to the Final 4?

During the Road to the Final Four, there are a total of 64 Teams that are trying to win the NCAA Final Four. During the month of March and early April. My question is how many games are actually played from the beginning of the tournament to the final game?

It's actually 65 teams; there is a play-in game. So 64 teams have to be eliminated ... in 64 games.

If you mean the NCAA tourney, then 64
