i just want to know.how to convince my sis for not to do what she is doing right.which is not so good.

Basically - you can't. Especially since she's your little sister. She has to figure it out for herself - hopefully soon.
Perhaps you can just point out certain things like, You look tired this morning, or you never eat with us anymore - stuff like that.

Depending on what it is, I would be as honest as possible. I also would be tender to her feelings. Let her know you love her first but you have to stand in her way and let her know she is doing wrong. Be honest and pray about it too. Good luck.
