There is a code of conduct in the employment contract. Usually an employee having a relationship with another employee isn't a problem UNLESS one of them is in a position to review the other's work/ recommend for promotion or raise or firing etc. So one or both could be reprimanded, suspended or fired depending on the requirements in the contract, the policy of the school district, the strength of the teacher's union and how public the affair was.

Probably nothing. Even if it is in the schools code of conduct, they could probably fight it in court. One might be asked to resign or if possible moved to another building.

They should be fired. Not for having sex, but for being stupid enough to be caught.
