First of all, you need to be sure you are sorry. What are you going to do to make sure it does not happen again? If you do not make serious changes to insure that it will not happen again, you are not sorry you did it, you are sorry you got caught. If you claim to be willing to make changes but really do nothing at all, you become a liar and lose all credibility. Can you talk your way out of that? Maybe you can for a while, but sooner or later even an idiot will see that you are lazy, selfish and want the best of both worlds.
I hope that is not you.

Shower her with constant attention! Make her feel that she is the only woman that can ever please you in ever aspect of your life. I would then seek counseling for the two of you to work out any residule anger and figure out what prompted you to cheat in the first place. Show her that you are truly repentant and are willing to do anything to make this second chance the last chance you will ever need.

you can ask for forgiveness if you really mean it, and then leave her alone. I have come to believe that when a person is truly inlove with one another they do not have the desire to be with anyone else. If you cheated you are confused with lust and love. dont ask for forgiveness just to make everything ok and to feel the comfort of your lover. LEARN TO ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKES. AND HEAL ON YOUR OWN!!!! dont fix on woman.

Nothing. There will almost always be trust issues. The only thing you can do is be aware that when they question you, the lack of trust is your fault and be honest ALWAYS

nothing your screwed, in the back of her mind you will always and forever be unfaithful. the whole relationship will suck because every time your late or go out she will always think your cheating again. my advice find another and start again and if that one catches you denie it till the day you die.

You have to prove tha she can trust you again. It's going to take awhile but you have to be patient. Tell her where you go and what you do. Take her with you if possible.
