allow me to answer that question by posting another: why do women have PMS? it seems so pointless to me.

Aside from being an integral area for the giving of pleasure to a man through oral or manual contact or even shaving, the scrotum is essential to support the testicles.
Testicles need to be kept slightly under body temperature to maximize sperm production and the scrotum achieves this by relaxing and letting them dangle when you are too hot or contracting and holding them up close when you are cold.
When you are trying to stimulate a man, take heed of his scrotum and offer it gentle touching and massage and if you don;t mind the hair, give it a lick as well, And if you do mind th ehair, simply shave it first. All those things will add to the stimulation during foreplay. As well, even if sex isn;t to follow, scrotum play is great during masturbation.
so, if you have never had the joy of playign with a man's scrotum, feel free to next time you have the chance.

take a sex ed class.
the testicles have to be cooler than the rest of the body in order to produce strong swimmers (your sperm).
if you ever take the time to watch, you will notice that they are constantly on the move in the scrotum, first up, then down, over and over. I guess like a rotisserie...ha !
If the testes were near the body there would be no more kids. I don't know why God designed male mammals this way, but he did.

sperm can only survive at a temperature a few degrees below body temperature. The scrotum allows the testicles to be far enough away from the rest of the body for sperm to survive.
