A friend of mine is planning to get married next December and instead of table numbers she wants to use names of things associated with Christmas/winter. Sofar the only things we've come up with are hot cocoa, spiced cider, snowflakes, stockings, Christmas tree, etc. Does anyone have any other ideas they would like to share?

Here's some elements of the season to get you started: Nutcracker, Rudolph, 3 wise men, Jesus, mistletoe, Scrooge, Santa, Chimney, stockings, Christmas tree, nativity, Bethlehem, advent, snow, angels, wreath, sleigh, snowman, elves, mincemeat pie, carolers, reindeer, wrapping paper, presents, candy canes, bells, lights, church, decorations, manger, ornaments, cards, tinsel, candles, icicles, noel, poinsettia, Yule logs, gingerbread men, cookies, eggnog, garland, star, holly, chocolates, gifts, lights, Grinch, Mrs. Claus, angel hair.

I did have a couple of other suggestions for you in the same vein. Maybe each table could be named for a Christmas song, such as the "Silent Night table", the "White Christmas table", etc. For part of the centerpiece you could have the lyrics to the song printed out and put in a silver frame (purchased pretty inexpensively from the Dollar Tree.) The same kind of idea could work with the tables being labelled from popular Christmas movies/ TV specials, such as Miracle on 34th Street, Jingle All the Way, The Santa Claus, etc. A copy of the movie poster/ video cover art could be found on the internet, printed out, and framed in the same manner.

Good luck!

First, it quite is the 0.5-existence. you may renowned how lots carbon there became to start with (which you will't comprehend) Then, judging by how lots continues to be, you are able to tell how lots time has surpassed. The time of a nil.5 existence would not make a distinction, in case you knew something approximately 0.5-lives you may comprehend that. you will hit upon a nil.5-existence by looking at a area for an hour or so. Radiocarbon 14 courting is barely stable as much as ten,000 years. After that, you get all forms of peculiar numbers. Helium 5 has 3 neutrons and has a nil.5-existence of 0.000000000000000000002 seconds. So, how can we've Helium nevertheless? a million. Is the reason of the documents derived from empirical, observational technology, or an interpretation of previous activities (historic technology)? 2. Are there any assumptions in touch in the courting approach? 3. Are the dates provided by 14C courting consistent with what we be conscious? 4. Do all scientists settle for the 14C courting approach as stable and precise? A serious assumption utilized in carbon-14 courting has to do with this ratio. it is thought that the ratio of 14C to 12C in the ambience has continually been the comparable because it is immediately (a million to a million trillion). If this assumption is real, then the AMS 14C courting approach is valid as much as approximately 80,000 years. If it quite is not real, the ratio of 14C to 12C isn't a persevering with, which might make understanding the beginning volume of 14C in a specimen complicated or impossible to wisely confirm.

Pine-cones, trumpets, poinsettias, wreaths, angels, ribbons, lambs, stars, cookies, candles, three kings, bells, deers, socks... Since it is wedding, and if the bride is going to be in white, good color combinations for in-door decoration are white-blue or silver-blue, cause they are usual for Christmas too. White is very elegant for the groom too. Holy Family, Bethlehem, kids or houses are also typical Christmas symbols, but they can also refer to the future joy and happiness of the young couple... Have a magic and wonderful time!
