Aha....I was just reading an article about common cold this morning on a directory. The article has quite a few recommendations like herbal honey tea, zinc, drinking soups, etc.

I managed to clear it in one day before by drinking lots of hot fresh orange juice. As someone else mentioned, Euchanecia is also very good. It's always handy to have some at home and overdose on it as soon as you feel a cold coming on.

There is a herbel tea called common cold you will find it in you healthfood section not with the regular teas it is expensive and yes it taste gross but it does work

I used it when i had pnemonia and nothing work and my pnemonis was gone is two weeks.

Echinacea, vitamin C tabs and lots of fluids. Make a quick consume of broth with some fresh veggies and eat that all day.
Feel better sniffles and keep your hands washed while handling those snotty tissues all day!

I take zinc caps. and I also take 3 teaspoons of cold pressed coconut oil per day which prevents sickness and viruses I watch sugar intake and carbs.

Try zinc-it from www.kinotox.com use keycode:458437 and a natural vitamin C. also hot chicken noodle soup and 1 good nights sleep. If you want use nyquil.

Take a lot of Vitamin C and sweat it out in a hot bath. I have done this before.
