Wondering if translating the Aeneid and doing grammer and vocab will be enough for the AP exam. I am in 11th grade and I am worried I will just bomb it or get like a 3 so I can't really get enough credit to make it worth it. So how bad is it?

I don't know, I never took it, but a 3 is a perfectly respectable grade. 2 is "possibly qualified" so that is the one you don't want. You can get AP scholar awards with grades of 3 and up on 3 or more AP exams.
