There are many reasons someone faints, hormonal, low blood sugar. If you haven't had anymore problems/symptoms, then you are probably ok. But if you are still worried about it, contact your Dr. and ask him his opinion, or to run more tests, on other things besides your heart.

Seeing the doc is a good idea ...
I've only fainted once, about a week before I was due to have surgery. I went to the doctor to be sure I was okay for the procedure, and she asked me what I was doing when I fainted. Well the truth is I was going to the bathroom, and she knew exactly what had happened... sometimes the strain of going will cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, and it's called vasovagal syncope.
It was nothing to worry about, so if you were in the process of doing anything like the stuff listed in the wiki link below, you can probably be assured that you're fine.
