I know i'm hitting all these controversial subjects, but I'm Christian and I have strong feelings towards these kinds of things and whenever I tell someone what I think about gay people (and I'm brutally honest), they start to get driven away and wonder why I'm so persistent. I guess my question is, "Do you have the same feelings and how do you think I should talk about this because I don't avoid controversial subjects if they come up?"

I'm a Christian as well, and i do not judge anyone...but, it does say in the Bible that there is no place in the Kingdom of Heaven for such people...i know people who are gay and they call themselves Christians but that's not possible. Sure, they may believe in God, but they aren't living a Christian life. I still love them just as i do anyone else though. So, yes i agree with you about the subject, and if people give you slack about it, then i guess they don't know what the Bible really says.

Why are you so uptight about this subject? The Bible also says Judge not less ye be judged. And it says do unto others as you would have others do unto you. And it says in as far as possible be at odds with no man. Looks like you need to get into the BOOK some more. You have a bunch to unlearn and a lot more to learn.

well is it good or bad the way you talk about them...
and if so are you going off what others have told to feel them gay people or what you know about gay people ...
and do not be surprised if you find others that are just as strong to disagree with you!
Personally, there is no difference between people whether that are straight, gay, bi, or swinger.....they all love for love, get heart broken,love, hate, eat, marry, have kids, vote, work, pay taxes, cry, and die...it just life.
I do not see a differences so much that I am a Surrogate mother for gay men to help them have families and raise kids like the rest of the country.....and do not give me that nature crap...because I helped a straight couple as well ...she could not conceive does that make her bad too!

My thought is that God will judge them come judgement day. As mere humans it is none of our business. They are making their choices.
I will say I am straight and pro gay.
And not because it may (or may not) be a trendy thing to think. Simply because we all have free will. No sin is any greater than anothers. Homosexual sex is as equal to the lord as masturbation or murder.
I am not 'religious' but have read a bit....so I maybe wrong in my opinion.

Well, if you're a Christian I would think that you would love gay people (since you love your neighbor as yourself & worship a God who is all-merciful & all-loving), even if you found their lifestyle contrary. I am right, aren't I?
Gideon, I may not be or an expert on what God thinks, but I'd think that God would consider the taking of another human life (murder) to be just a little bit worse than homosexuality or masturbation. That reminds me of when my grandmother thought that God had stricken down her uncle when he choked to death on a ham sandwich on a Friday in Lent (Somehow, if God was going to be vengeful I'd have to figure that the murderers & rapists would be stricken down before the guy who ate meat on the wrong day).

Do not ever use your religion to let people see who you really are.
It aint never true
Never fake things to get the attention you want.
Gay subject is soooo yesterday. Stop bringing up the old stuff to the table.
Being gay is never a weakness so dun go around saying it like it is.
Show us what you got...what you think....fundamental reasons why youre so gay about gay people.

what is so wrong with love? if someone finds it in a different way than you do, is that so bad? everyone judges gay people and says that they're "disgusting" and "wrong". they are looking for love and happiness, just like the rest of the world. leave them alone and stop making judgements.

Im gonna guess and say you dont like em. You might want to be a little sensitive in public about your opinion about them because i saw a gay guy smack the **** outa someone who made a joke about gays. It was funny though.

Honey, I don't know what your feelings are. so I can't say if I feel the same, but I feel that people should love who they want to love, and it's not my place, or yours to judge them for that, or anything else.

if you expect people t be accepting of you and your views, you should learn to be accepting of others, wheher you are outspoken or not, I believe the whole "christian thing" teaches people not to judge others and to do on to others.....
its fine to have you feelings but think of who you may be offending or hurting in the process
