A Japanese clothing company has recently started selling clothing in the USA that they claim produces negative ions. During the presentation people who wore the clothing claimed to have benefited with improved health and actual healings of various aliments. The clothing is supposed to generate negative ions when worn. They say negative ions in clothes are more easily absorbed through the skin rather than conventional ion generators. I bought several items of the clothing. One of my friends bought the clothing and is now claiming to have benefited healthwise from wearing it. As for me I haven't noticed any improvements in my health. My question to you is, is it possible for clothing to generate enough negative ions to have any positive affects on the body? But some people swear it works for them.

It's a hoax. There must be overall charge neutrality, so any negative ions produced by any process will be offset by positive charges. You can generate a temporary charge imbalance (as by friction on a cold dry day), but the balance will be restored shortly by contact with other objects.

Well,my grandma has been selling these products for 19 years. But I ain't gonna tell ya if it works or whatever. I do wear it myself but lemme be honest with ya. 1. I don't wear much during day time since I love ,mostly,skinny jeans and clothes that are tight. 2. I put them all on me when I sleep alone. Why only when I am alone? Well,my roomie asked if I could breath like that after see ing me with all them on. I have dizziness problems myself and well I don't know if its the product but I seldom feel dizzy after dressing like a Phara. And my grandparents get old slowly but they are Asians so I don't know if it's the product or just the gene. Anyways,what I want to say is,if you have tons of money or you have health problems that doctor cant't help or science can not explain,you can give it a try. If not,I would say just go to bed earlier,eat healthy and exercise,etc. I apologize for my poor English.
