I knew when Hitchcock would not pull the goalie against Buffalo the other night that the players deffinately lost respect for him. Clark has had it coming for quite a while. The only unity the team has is among the players, watch them turn around and play loose for the next few games. Maybe even win a couple?

They're gonna be bad. Might get worse for a time before it gets better.

Clarke never woke up to the rules and penalty-calling changes and how the game in the NHL has evolved. He consistently always brought on guys that are tough but take a lot of penalties and aren't mobile. That quit working years and years ago, and more than that, that formula will kill you in today's game if you let the other team on the power play too much, as they will. He also has NEVER got off the delusion that Esche can be a #1 goalie.

The flyers are terrible. That team is not made for the faster and softer NHL, it was made for the brutal games that use to go on in Philly in the 70's.

I really don't understand why they have failed to adjust.

im glad clarke and hitchcock are gone. i couldnt stand them. and the team had it bad for a while but im sure its gonna change the next couple of games. i know these guys have a lot of talent and can play some good hockey. the change is for the best.

The Flyers are going through some growth pains. That's it. They're changing and learning and devolping.
It's a long season..... so hold-tight and soon we'll be kicking your a-sses again and you all can go back to be jealous lil whiners.

they arent bad they just arrent smart........u dont fire a gm and resine him thats just dumn........i think if they would have some smart people they could be a contendor for the playoffs cause there offence is great and there defence is okay and they need help in golie
