I've had them work before (years ago) but its not working now.

spirit guides and gaurdian angels r the same thing its how u interprate them personaly,ouija is a form of divination and every pshycic has there own ways of contacting spirit from palmistry clairaudiants combos, mediumship.i personaly use tarot.sensetivity and i also try and be very open 2 positive insights i personaly had my first contacts with spirit through setting aside alot of private time 4 meditation try 15mins every morning at the same time so u can quiet the mind and there4 being able 2 receive clear communication.p.s when trying 2 communicate always ask 4 the the most positive of insights email me if u like i study in this area....

I don't think you understand how Ouija works. Ouija doesn't just contact the spirits in the area around you. It opens the door to the otherworld. That means that any spirit can come through it and you won't know if the spirit is good or bad.
If it's not working, then perhaps no spirit wants to talk with you right now.

The Ouija is in the realm of the occult.
Considered forbidden to Judeo-Christian followers.
Likewise, spirit guides are along the same line as the witch of Endor. Very questionable.
Guardian angels are NOT the same as "spirit guides".

Never mess with the OUIJA board! Nothing good ever comes of this past time. I have cleaned up way too many bad remnants from the misuse of this thing. I have seen too many possessions and illnesses fro toying with this. Get rid of it if you have one. If you are clairvoyant, you, ought to know better!

you don't need Ouija to contact your spirit guide. Your spirit guide should already be with you right now, or else how will it guide you?

be careful. ghosts or not... spirits are always looking for a way in and you can never be sure what you're playing with.
