I want to know what people think on this raging debate. This is all of the pirates versus all of the ninjas, not just the stereotypes.
Personally, I pick pirates. Yarhg!

Pirates ahve sheer numbers and use unethical tactics to win. They also aren't restricted to their weapons and what they can do to win. However, pirates are drunks and do not have the training that ninjas do. Pirates alos have an advatage in water places.
Ninajs are stealthy and clean killers. They are very well trained and are equipped with teh tempered steel that only they can get. However, ninjas are rare, even in the "Ninjas Days".

Pirate. They used guns. Ninjas used swords. And since humanity usually progresses foward, and we're still fighting with guns, and pirates are more advanced then ninjas. Like cavemen fighting the Romans.

if the pirate has the common hook, wood leg, and patch, then the ninja will win of direction. yet while it is blackbeard....it may be a no longer elementary call. Is the ninja in black and are they combating at night? That makes each and all the version.

hmmm.... i mean are they fighting on a boat or in a ninja fighting place (like on the movies). If they were fighting on a boat the pirates would win, but mabe the ninjas could swing on the boat ropes... Do they all have swords? B/c I don't know if pirates punch...or kick.

Ninjas -- at least they had a code of ethics and had to go through extensive training (the art of invisibility, etc.). And, i think that they actually had a little more honor than those stealin' pirates......

A Ninja is an assassin, trained in stealth and methods of silent killing.
A Pirate is a thug, trained in drinking and seamanship.
Not to mention... a bunch of guys.... alone.... stuck on a boat.... alone.... nothing but guys.... hmmmmm
