What else do I need to apply to UCs?

I'm making a checkofflist -
GPA,
Transcripts,
Personal statement
UC applictaion,
SATs,

What else do I need? Such as in terms of letters of recomendations or references???

Letters of recomendation from teachers/administrative staff

your acceptance letter/video..

Don't forget extra curricular activities! Also, make sure that you are preparing to write the essay that UC apps need to have.

And make sure to take SAT2's if you haven't already.
