I know the baby will come when she is ready...but I am 39 weeks pregnant and I have sex all the time with my hubby hoping to get some progress done but it doesnt seem to be working. Has it helped you or not? I am starting to believe it isnt true!

well me and my hubby had sex the day i went into labor, but i don't know if it triggered it or not because we were having sex every day anyhow. don't worry, it'll happen soon enough, and then you'll even miss pregnancy once in a while!

Yes it helped me go into labor not like I had sex and then here comes contractions but I had sex and then my stomach was hurting then after I ate it went away I thought it was normal but two days later I gave birth to my now 18 month old daughter. My boyfriend was actually being a little rough also. Try letting your husband hit it from the back or doggy style and see if you have progress then.

hey....they say it works but i don't know if it does or not. i have had some people tell me that it did for them but inever tried it because i was 14 when i had my first and obviously sex got me in that mess in the first place and had a scheduled c section with the second, so i have no personal experience. my friend has been dilated to a 2 and had lots of sex here lately and it hasn't seemed to help so best of luck try wakling i know that helps....good luck, holly

Not with me but i walked alot when i was pregnant and i went into labor a month and a week too early. Alot people walking can help. Good Luck.

My husband broke my water during sex with our second child. I was ready to go into labor and he really helped me along. Have fun and good luck!

I don't know if it works, but I had sex one night just to see cause I wanted my baby out, but my water ended up braking like 2 hours afterwards it just could have been time though.

I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but with my first child sex did lead to labor. It didn't work with my second one. She ended up being enduced 2 weeks late. We shall soon find out with my next one. :)

it never helped for me, neither did anything i was told to do like walking or sucking on a cup of ice.
but i was told your husband has to actually *** inside you because the sperm has something in it like the drugs Dr's use to induce labour.
so im guessing that the sperm makes your waters break or something
but no it never worked for me i was induced 2 weeks late.

It never helped me, but it is known to precipitate labor.
Sometimes a baby has their own ideas and not much you can do about it.
