yes, i believe you're not shallow... i understand your concern... as a matter of fact, if the person that i care so much about plans in putting something on his body that i don't think is good at all, i would definitely tell him my thoughts... why don't you do the same? perhaps she will listen. if not, at least you let her know your thoughts about the matter.

My wife has multiple ear piercings & has talked of getting a tattoo. What will I do? Seek out a reputable tattoo artist/shop & go with her when she gets it done.
Don't know what you're talking about when you say that you've already decided what is ethical -piercings & tattoos may be contrary to what you'd do, but they are her choice for her own body & aren't harming you or anyone else. Thus, they wouldn't be unethical.
Live & let live. If you are that close to her, you should understand her choice (at least to some extent) & love her for who she is.

I might say you are a black man seeking to seem white. I do not imply to be offensive, it is simply I more commonly used to look white guys or Spanish guys with piercings like that, however sure, at the moment I see plenty of black guys such as you. I shouldn't have a trouble with it, seeing that I am a black feminine with a couple of piercings and regarded a tattoo. Just be you, do not fear approximately what different humans believe.

I would buy her a lovely parting gift.
But if you are soulmates, perhaps you should be able to resolve this issue, without the input of several strangers. If you are not in favor of this, perhaps you could persuade her you love her the way she is.

I just noticed your username has what appears to be a cross on each side of it. There are numerous biblical injunctions against tattoos. If those are your sensitivities, she should become aware of them.

just tell her what think of the idea ...but there is nothing you can do it is her body
but one thing that could help is..buy her some temp. tats and non-piercing rings..that way she gets the look but not all the time...you may even help her see before if she is about to make a mistake!

Ask her to remove some of the earings, and its ok about the tatoo, just matters what it is, and where it is. if its bound to stretch and bend, i wouldnt want it done
