Are you really smart in any subject in school? You could be a tutor.
Some parents pay to have someone help their kids with hard subjects ? Do you mind old people? Nursing homes or hospitals hire orderlies...you may have to be 15 or have mom or dad sign for you to work in some states. What about going to the Senior Center in your town and put an ad up offering to walk dogs, take out the trash, or any odd jobs. No one is around grandma's and granddads anymore to help them. You might be surprised and make some good friends. Good luck.

I don't know about Minnesota, but generally grocery stores hire 14 year olds.
If you are decent in your school work sometimes you can tutor elementary students for some extra cash.
