Inuyasha and Kagome kiss in the 2nd movie: Castle Beyond the Looking Glass and Miroku proposes to Sango in episode 132 Miroku's Most Dangerous Confession.

Miroku asks Sango to live with him & bear his children in episode #132 -The Most Dangerous Confession of Monk Miroku. He re-affirms this in episode #161 - Miroku's Old Mistake.
The only time that Kagome & Inuyasha kissed was in the second movie :The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass. Kagome kisses Inuyasha to stop Kaguya's spell that is turning him into a full demon.When he returns to his true form of a hanyou during the kiss,he kisses Kagome.
