what microsoft software can i use to creat a form such as a estimate form indicating, material, hours and prices?

If it were me, I would use Excel. It just has too much going for it in your situation. Learn about using the list function and how to go through the page setup (really!) to make your printed page look as good as a fully formatted word document.

If it is been competently hooked up, you will have to be competent to uninstall it utilising the "Uninstall Software" application within the Control Panel (discovered within the Start Menu). Just pick the application(s) you want to take away from the record, and click on "Uninstall" and comply with the wizard (if relevant).
