I made a purchase online and now the merchant does not want to honor the warranty on the item.

His website clearly states that he offers a full year warranty.

The company is located all the way in Nevada.

What are my legal options dealing with this company?

Thanks

First, send them an email nicely saying if they do not comply, you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission and BB Online (Better Business Bureau, online division.) If they dont respond with-in a reasonable time, like a week-10 days, then report them.

The best you can do is file a dispute with the credit card company..BUT if it's been a while since you purchased then you are out of luck. Threaten to call the BBB in their state and see if that helps ... otherwise you are on your own and out of luck..unfortunately,,

i'm afraid you enable this bypass on way too lengthy. i do not imagine your mastercard corporation may even void this may charge, and the guy has lengthy when you consider that spent your money. you could report him to the better effective corporation Bureau, for starters.
