Matt is Julia's and Christian's son.
Julia had sex with Christian around the same time Sean and her were having sex, she gets knocked up, thinking it was Sean's, but later gets tested and finds out Matt was by Christian.

Christian is the biological dad. Julia slept with Christian the night before she married Sean. Julia had her suspicions and took a paternity test. Sean has been raising Matt but found out in the middle of last season, by accident of course that Christian is the real dad.

He's Christian's biological son. Before Julia was pregnant with Matt she cheated on Sean with Christian...and didn't tell Sean about it. For seventeen years, Sean THOUGHT Matt was his biological son...then he found out about the whole cheating fiasco.
Matt calls Sean "Dad" though, because Sean was his dad for seventeen years of his life.

Christian is really his dad, but since Matt was raised with Sean and Julia he still calls them his parents.

matt is christian's son...julia slept with christian a long tima ago and like everyone only found out abt it last season and like sean and christian share the dad role for matt.

when i college christian and Julie had a thing together but she ended up marring Sean ...will she slept with christian one last time and conceived Matt....but did to not tell anyone until she later did a DNA test on both Matt and christian...after Christian's big thing with the sex addict that had 'his' other son...that turn out to to be someone else!
